This easy to maneuver 6” Flexible Boning Knife enables you to neatly separate meat from bone. Agile and sharp, the stain-free, high-carbon steel blade is narrower for more precise cuts to ensure clean removal of bones, while preserving the meat with minimum waste. This knife is useful for filleting fish or trimming fat on smaller, softer cuts of meat and poultry. With an easy to hold, durable, non-slip grip handle with added protective finger guard, that matches the contours of the hand for safe and accurate cuts.

Calibrated to exacting standards, our exclusive formula achieves the ideal composition for optimal strength, durability and corrosion resistance. Blades are also heated and cooled to precise temperatures to enhance the gain structure for maximum performance.
