The ALFA RHUB964 meat grinder/chopper plate kit features a screw on/off removable hub that eliminates the need to own both hubbed and hubless plates. This unique removable hub doubles the lifetime of the ALFA RHUB964 kit versus standard hubbed plates and increases versatility. Intended for use with size #32 hub meat grinders, the ALFA RHUB18 features 9/64″or 3.5mm holes and a screw on/off hub allows the user the benefit of using a hub for extra support, or for hubbless production. Made of durable, rust resistant steel for a long-lasting life. Each kit includes one plate, removable hub, and two hardened chopper knives.
