ALFA MC-12 HEAD Stainless Meat Grinder Head ONLY

The ALFA MC-12 Head is an OEM replacement Meat Grinder Head/Attachment on the ALFA MC-12, #12 Complete Meat Grinder, and the ALFA PB-12, #12 Power Base/Power Drive. In addition, the ALFA MC-12 Head is compatible with most standard #12 hubs, also known as “Hobart compatible hubs” on mixers, power drives, and power bases made by other makers/factories. The ALFA MC-12 Head is made of 304 Stainless Steel, which is more durable, sanitary, and easier to clean than nearly every other meat grinder on the market. Most other meat grinders on the market are made of “tinned”/”hard chromed” cast iron, which flakes off into food & rusts over time, creating sanitation and food safety concerns.

The ALFA MC-12 Head comes complete with: Stainless steel Head, Worm, and Pan, One #12 Meat Grinder knive, two #12 Grinding Plates (1/8″ & 3/16″ holes for fine and medium meat grinding, 5/8″ Sausage Stuffing Tube, and Safety Meat Stomper to push the meat from the pan down into the cylinder for grinding.
